I
do appreciate your visit to my
website! I have enjoyed doing these paintings, and I hope that you have
been pleased to see them.
If you wish, you may download the
attached pencil sketch of the clipper Young America as a small remembrance of
your visit.
If you have any questions or comments regarding
the paintings, please feel free to contact me by e-mail at the following address
and I will attempt to respond as soon as possible.

image to download a self-extracting pdf file containing the original drawing scanned at
1200 dpi.
Most of the attached paintings are in
private or corporate collections. The only prints of my paintings are
those which have been published by the owners of the originals.
Some, I believe, may still be available if you wish to purchase a print.
I would be happy to explore the
possibility of an original commission, should you desire a painting of a
specific subject. The cost varies according to the medium, complexity of
the subject matter, the necessary research, and the size. If you wish to
pursue the matter, contact me at my e-mail address.
Can you see originals somewhere?
Yes, in a few public places: The Franklin D. Roosevelt Museum in Hyde
Park, New York, The National Museum of Naval Aviation in Pensacola,
Florida, the Moshulu Restaurant at Penn's Landing, Philadelphia, and on the
Cruiser Olympia at that same location.
In addition, I am represented in
Philadelphia by Newman Galleries at 1625 Walnut Street. They have a number
of originals. Their website is
www.newmangalleries1865.com
and their e-mail address is
info@newmangalleries1865.com
I have been
represented by this fine gallery for many years, and you will find them most
helpful in the event you contact them.
Again, I will be happy to receive your
questions or comments. Thank you.
